Who's up? This chick ... 2:22am. Have to get up early to go to work for training this morning, so I am not excited that I am awake. Design guide training for the Sub-Zero Built-in series refrigerators today.

Fingers crossed that sleep comes my way soon.

6:30pm - long day and no sleep = no workout. Pines were down at work. Had a headache by about 2. Happy tomorrow is a short day and it is the weekend. Looking forward to a little r&r

Run/walk with Sparky. She wanted to go to the gym, so off we went. After the run, we didn't a couple of minutes of battle rope exercises. Love that she wants to go and wants to go with me :)

Ran with the ladies. Lisa, who I ride with, didn't drink coffee beforehand and had to walk and was sluggish. We cut it short. All good.

Haven't been sleeping well again. Frustrating. Good news is that I don't start working until 10 this morning, so I can get my run in, go to yoga, then come home and take a snooze before I have to get ready for work.

On a spin bike. Instructor was too up, down and all around for me, but I am glad I went. Movement is key.

Back to reality today. A lot of activities going on this week at night, which I am not a fan of. A heavier work schedule for me as well. Need to make sure I stay focused to get it all in.
