Swim, bike and teach power pump today. Throw a little work and my tri class in, maybe some laundry too and we can call it a day.

10:00am - well, my swim buddy cancelled on me, so I couldnt swim early this morning.  The day has been thrown off.  We will see what happens.  And another job opportunity came up today working at one of the local schools.  Talking to my friend, that is the principal there at lunch today.  Would LOVE that job, but not thinking the pay is there.

Run with the ladies

Easy 40 minute recovery run today . Happy Mama. Work, home, then more work, then TRX.  I love TRX but will be happy when it is done.  I want my evenings with my family again. 

And this working mostly full time will put a crimp in my training ... I am going to need to move most of it to early mornings with a couple of evenings.  Hoping that the hubcap will want to do rides with me.  :)
