5 hour ride then a 20 minute run ... Pack, hopefully a nap, and then drive up to the cabin. Hubcap is still not good. I am really worried. Don't know what to do, but, i do know this. he is sick of everyone asking what is going on ... :(

Only ended up doing one loop of the course. Alison hurt her back yesterday helping her parents in the yard. And it was crazy windy. Eesh. There was a lot of stopping and waiting, but, hey, I did my first loop of the course in 3 years. And, I have to say that it is much more fun to ride up Timber and Whalen road when there are hundreds of people cheering you on :)

Only ended up doing one loop.  Switching the schedule around.  Long spin ride on Friday.  Will start at 5:00am and will ride until 10 or 11. 

I will be riding the course 3-4 more times before race day, so all good.

4:55am - Well, huge buzzkill ... It's thundering and lightning here in the J ... No swim for me until tonight in Whitewater :-(. I was really looking forward to going to the pool this morning too! Guess I'll go to work for a while or until I get a call from B to go to the doc in Madison.

Yesterday was a little better for B. He was vertical for a little bit, but has lost almost 15lbs in the last week.

5:00pm - well, it's a rest day ... Got B some new meds, then got sucked into the laundry vortex and dusting and vacuuming vortex. Now, I just want to sit and have a cocktail. 2 hour run in the morning. Have a couple of ladies coming to join me. One from 5-6, the other from 6-7 ... Then I will swim at the baby pool at the club.
