Hot and sweaty run.

A slow day at work ... May catch up on BT inspires :). No bike ride last night ... Tonight it will happen. The kiddos were busy with friends :(.

11:00am - Done with work for the day, but am supposed to be here for 3 more hours.  Fortunately, my boss is letting me make up hours this fall when it will be busier.  Next week will be busier, so all will be good then.

Bike this morning, then work, work, work. Tonight, hopefully a family bike ride to coldstone. Need to see how B is doing. I may just go get ice cream and come home. We may have a diagnosis for B. I'll keep you posted. Frustrating and scary at the same time.

4:20pm - well, we have a rheumatology appt scheduled for 8/22. There are a few possibilities as to what is going on with him. I think they have it narrowed down to two, but there could be a third.

This was not pretty, but I got it done.

No long bike up north. Brought my spin shoes but no bike shorts :(. Not sitting on a spin bike for 3-4 hours with no bike shorts. Eesh. I am going to do a run this morning. 6-9 miles. We will see. Switching part of my week from this week to next week. All good ... Remember, there is no winning going on here, just finishing and having the best time possible!! So, I guess that is winning :)

Friday - August 2

Impromptu rest day. Last night was fun but I got to bed too late. I decided that I would see when I woke up naturally and go from there. Well, I slept in until 6:15! That is huge for me right now :). Decided to adjust my training for the weekend. 3 hour spin bike ride and a swim, sunday, a longish run. The following Thursday to Friday, I will do 2 back to back 69 mile rides. It'll have to do.

Only 2 hours until we reach the cabin! Can't wait for some peace!!
