Treadmill @ hotel
10PM Rode from 12 to almost 9PM! The rain, traffic, and accidents made for a LONG day.
Once I checked into hotel, ran on the treadmill. Finished it off with 10 mins of ST.
Forgot my darn bike pump...Grrrr!
11AM Leaving for NC in about an hour. Will try to get a few workouts in during the next few days. Hope to catch up with you ppl soon.

7PM Short run that just felt hard. Got GI distress halfway through and bagged the run at 4 miles total. Was planning on 8.
Did 15 mins of pushups and other ST once I got back...
Am looking at racing in Pinehurst, NC this weekend. Can't decide if I'm going to run a 5/10K or a half marathon. Would like to ride after the race, so maybe a 10K.

11PM Legs feel tired. I need to run more consistently...
1PM Nice and easy does it. I need to get back to running consistently. Too much going on right now, though.
Managed to pull my groin somehow...it's super sore, especially when I bend down or pick up stuff...is this age or was it a freak accident?
During the next few days, I will be adding all my races from 2011 (Iraq) to my race log. Crapload of races, I know, but cool to be able to look back at them later.
