9PM Slightly different route today. Really struggled with this ride, even though it was the mostly the same as Thursday's. Body feels tired, but it is mostly b/c I am not sleeping well lately, I think.
Don't have all data b/c I used Run instead of Bike on the Garmin. Gah!
Will look to squeeze in a run tomorrow, possibly early, then try to catch some rest. Being that it's Mother's Day, that may just be a pipe dream.

6PM Didn't feel good after this workout. Puke level effort here. The heat didn't really help, either.
Ft. Bragg 10 Miler is one month out. Only have a few weeks to make training count.
Let's see if I can fit the Woodlake Sprint Tri into my schedule somehow...seriously doubt it, but will give it a 'tri'.
Finished reading Macca's book. Man, that is a good read. Very motivational, and not just about his accomplishments. He really motivates the reader to go out and be the best athlete he/she can be. Highly recommend reading this book.
