10PM Leaving for Charlotte tomorrow. Will be there for the entire weekend. Since the hotels the Army puts us up in don't have great gym equipment, I'm taking my bike and trainer...If I can ride outside, it's on...otherwise, hate it for my neighbors.
Registered for the Woodlake Tri today...That's going to be a 100% redline effort! The guy that beat me at BeaverDam (in AG) will be racing, so it's ON!!! This time, no long swim to hold me back! RAWR!

9PM Slightly different route today. Really struggled with this ride, even though it was the mostly the same as Thursday's. Body feels tired, but it is mostly b/c I am not sleeping well lately, I think.
Don't have all data b/c I used Run instead of Bike on the Garmin. Gah!
Will look to squeeze in a run tomorrow, possibly early, then try to catch some rest. Being that it's Mother's Day, that may just be a pipe dream.
