8PM Intervals on the stationary bike. Just wan't feeling it, but got through it anyways. I am convinced intervals and one longish ride are the best bang for buck training for the bike...at least, for me.

This will be another week that w/o will be hard to come by. Have to leave Friday for ATL for a wedding...Not coming back until Sunday.

9PM Forgot Garmin today. Same route that I always run. From work, to track, back to work. Started off at 7:45 pace, arrived at track and progressively brought down to sub 6, then back up to 7:45. Fine workout today.

Early morning swim was a b!0tch. I had to circle swim with 4 other MUCH stronger swimmers.

Stationary Bike

7PM Intervals during lunch. This w/o was tough.

Have been kind of limping around today. Feel like I have a slightly pulled/strained hamstring on right leg. It's not bad, but will keep an eye on it for the next few days.

Man, this month commitments really took a toll on my training...I have to refocus.

Had a blast at BeaverDam. Super fun time. I now know what I need to work on. SWIM, SWIM, SWIM. Oly distance is unforgiving to a non-swimmer type, such as myself...

9PM Wow...Tough, tough conditions for a pretty tough tri. 

I came in 12OA and 2AG, but I came nowhere near the time I thought I'd manage. The weather was just merciless today. The temp never heated up and the wind was ferocious. All I could do was tuck into a tight aero ball on the bike, hoping it helped in any way.
