8PM Boy, my energy levels lately are super low...Maybe it is b/c I'm tired...

10AM Easy ride today. I cut out 2-3 miles b/c I wasn't feeling all that great. It's evident in the HR/speed. I have not felt 100% this week...not even 90%. I hope that once I'm back in my routine, things will back to normal...

6PM Intervals in a hot gym today. Boy, that really drained me pretty darn good. Followed that up with pullups, dips, and pushups.

Planning on riding tomorrow, followed by a short run.

Decided not to swim this week to let my lower back strain get better. I don't feel it, at all, when I run or cycle. It's much better today...I'll start back up with the swim on Monday.

TrainerRoad

4PM Decided to ride TrainerRoad b/c of triple digit heat. Good first week back so far...

Pulled the kids in the trailer earlier today. Both boys come in a tad under 80lbs...Great strength training when climbing hills. :)

9AM Family bike ride this morning, then riding the Pinehurst Int'l route later...in the heat of the day. Bring it...

I have a lower back strain. I primarily feel it in the right side. It didn't affect my run yesterday, but it might affect my cycling today...It is pretty severe, though...I may be doing much less than I wanted to today...we'll see.
