Ran today. Was a little disappointed that the same exact spot that bothered me during the marathon at B2B was kind of an issue. It didn't hurt, it was just there. I think I'm going to have to work on ST and stretching to get it better before IMTX.

Other than that, felt absolutely great to be out there...I love to run.

Ouch. Tough workout today. I really felt that last set of 10 min, which I took over LT. Next week, will start off with that same 3 x 10 min set and move up from there.

I have decided that I'm going to attempt intervals 4x a week, adding a 5th if possible. I will be using Trainer Road, Netflix, and a plan to improve bike strength this winter.

All cycling workouts will be before work, and that'll allow me to do lunch workouts of swim or run. Very excited, as I think this will really help me improve.

A little tired today. My son is afraid to go to sleep, and it's going on several months now. Every night, in one way or another, since August, he wakes up several times throughout the night. Last night was no exception. It sure does wear on you after a few days, let alone a few months.

Swim today was fine. Did several 100s on the 1:40s, mostly coming in at 1:30-1:32, or so. I then did 4 x 100, a little harder this time, and with a little more rest, and was rolling in at 1:25. Hard to believe that swimming only 5 seconds faster was that much harder.

I have to improve my swim this winter.

BTW, I rechecked B2B results and I'm back at a 10:35 from a 10:38. I guess it took some time to go through their backup systems.
