I kind of left the house late and didn't really get the swim I wanted. Oh well, better than nothing!

During lunch, got on the stationary bike and after 20 mins knew I had nothing for today. Just one of those days, I guess. Legs are very sore from yesterday's measly strength training workout and that really affected me today.

Decided to try another run, this time on the treadmill. Definitely felt much better and the knee was not really bugging me. I really concentrated on good form, though, and that'll be something I am going to work on from here on out.

Followed this run up with leg exercises. I'm a weakling.

Ouch. These 3 x 10 min at LT are so freakin' hard. I definitely feel gassed when I hit that last 10 min set. Will keep these going this week and then 'graduate' to the 2 x 20s next week. Those'll be the meat of my workouts this winter.

Ran today. Was a little disappointed that the same exact spot that bothered me during the marathon at B2B was kind of an issue. It didn't hurt, it was just there. I think I'm going to have to work on ST and stretching to get it better before IMTX.

Other than that, felt absolutely great to be out there...I love to run.

Ouch. Tough workout today. I really felt that last set of 10 min, which I took over LT. Next week, will start off with that same 3 x 10 min set and move up from there.

I have decided that I'm going to attempt intervals 4x a week, adding a 5th if possible. I will be using Trainer Road, Netflix, and a plan to improve bike strength this winter.

All cycling workouts will be before work, and that'll allow me to do lunch workouts of swim or run. Very excited, as I think this will really help me improve.
