For the offseason, planning to re-introduce myself to the trainer and trainer road. There will be tons of intervals and other work to increase bike strength and speed.

IMTX training starts January 1st. Really hope to build on the current fitness.

Really didn't expect to feel this good the week after an ironman.

Have started to develop a strategy for my next and will start preparing now to give me the best opportunity to improve on the last one.

Feeling really good today. I'm surprised I'm not sore and feeling pains here or there. The worst, so far, is the wetsuit hicky on my neck.

Plan to go for a swim during lunch. Will see how the body feels at the time.

Interesting that B2B results keep changing. My time has been adjusted from a 10:35 to a 10:38 and my run changed from a 3:47 to a 3:50. Not a big deal, but it's changed 3 or 4 times in as many days.

Wife asked if I had signed up for IMTX yet. :)

Race report posted!

Boy, feel great today! Right knee still feels slightly sore, but have been icing it and it's much better than the night of the race.

Planning to swim tomorrow, then start strategizing my next!
