Kind of tired today from the back and forth traveling to Ft. Gordon. Decided to wait on the FTP test. May try to do it Wednesday.

Did 2x20s, but changed things up a little. First 10 mins of the intervals were at 90+ cadence, the next 5 mins were at harder effort and lower (70rpm) cadence, and last 5 were once again at 90+.

Finished off with 4 sets of pushups, 4 sets of wide arm pullups, and 4 sets of close arm pullups.

Feeling off today. Hard to consistently hit power on second 20 min interval.

Plan to do another FTP test on Monday to determine power again. I had a setting wrong on TrainerRoad. I am thinking FTP is closer to 210-220, versus the 190 it's at now.

Reserves in Augusta this weekend. If possible, may try to ride, but taking trainer just in case weather is a little soggy.

Drove to Augusta, and headed over to the pool. Boy, that 50m olympic is awesome. Felt REALLY slow in there, though...I think I'm just tired.
