Also, very busy this week...I don't know that I'm going to be able to workout much. Will do what I can.

Easy, peasy. New shoes...and no freakin' socks. FAQ. Surprisingly, no blisters, although had a few hot spots that would have probably turned had I gone much longer.

I'm really enjoying all the running lately...indoors or out. I can't say that I did this much running for B2B.

Meh...decent week of training. I'll walk away from Gordon content with knowing that I was extremely busy and had little time to train.

On schedule for a 40 hour bike month and a 160 mi run month. Have to pick up the swimming a bit.

-Update-
OK, had to change things up. I'm going to get a longer run in tonight, then attempt to ride long tomorrow evening...It's going to HAVE to be a trainer ride. We're being released Saturday afternoon and I'm not going to have time to do anything when I get home...Sunday's prob a wash, too.

Although the run itself felt easy, my stomach felt like garbage. It was like that before I went out to run. I ran through it and just imagined it could happen on race day.

Wicked Wednesday. I try to make Wednesdays a really hard workout. SB and R. It gives me time to get to the weekend somewhat recovered before the long stuff.

So, was tired when I go in the pool today during lunch. Decent workout, but it felt as though I had no speed. Speed is relative.

Biked after work. Goal tonight was to try to avg 180 watts for the entire workout. Close enough. I jacked up the goal effort by 10% on trainerroad so that I could just ride the line.

Didn't manage to find time for a run...oh well.
