Ugh...feels!

Busy day....
So, I ate pizza last night (wheat) and woke up feeling horrible today. Wanted to go for a run, but time got away from me and it didn't happen. I really wanted to see how the wheat affected my breathing. The only wheat thing I had today was carrot cake, so we will see how things go tomorrow.
OT ... Love the money, but no run. I have a bruise on the bottoms of my foot from a stupid I'll fitting sneaker. So new ones are in order soon!!
