Warm up, high knees, butt kicks, skips and lunges. Then 2 sets of bleachers.
Late to track so I missed the first 5 minutes of the workout. The workout was 40 minutes of continuous running in a line, like a train. When you were last you have to run the the front of the line.
400m sprint at the end of practice. Finally broke 60.

I have a nasty cold. Trying to rest up.

Took the family to McDonald's Ranch for hay rides and pumpkin patches.
October 23
Luke's 1 mile race. I ran with him and kept him encouraged. He was 5th overall out of 38 and finished 2nd overall of all boys. At 4 years old he was half the age of the kids he competed with.
Intel 10k Race. The race went really well. My goal was 39 minutes.
I finished 3rd overall and won my age group.

Resting in anticipation of the INTEL 10k. Goal is 39:00
