Unplanned rest day. Still more sore than I should be from the mtn bike race and the long run on Monday. Went and got an adjustment and a full body massage.

Tour of the White Mountains Race. This was a tough race for me. I don't know what is up with my biking lately, but I just don't have it. I didn't feel fast at first, but after 6-7 miles I was feeling good. I was up to 5th place, then dropped to 7th about mile 20. But that is when I started to fall apart. I just didn't have any energy left. I should have been taking enduralites. Jeff rode a solid race and caught me with about 4 miles to go. A little friendly competition revived me a little bit.
