Back to work at 5 this morning. Just finished w/ my first training class of the day. Went pretty well. Four more, possibly 6 more to go depending on if I get any assistance from someone else on my team to provide these classes. Worst case scenario, I'm here until 6 tonight again. I'm hoping not.
I will say this - working w/ people who have attitude problems is a real downer. There's nothing like being locked in a room for an hour with 3 other people who find the worst in everything. Unfortunately, screaming at them and telling them that they're a bunch of lazy, bitchy irresponsible, stupid, overcompensating, ignorant, ungrateful dipshits would probably not yield productive results. I'll have to keep those opinions to myself for now - sigh -

Well I'm finally leaving work. I'm hoping to get a short bike ride in tonight before packing for the trip to Illinois tomorow. Somehow, I know this is supposed to be a C Race for me on Sunday, but I still have some pretty high expectations and hope that the travel and general lack of sleep doesn't hinder my performance. Overall plan: Have a good time and let the race come to me.

Brief swim after work. I kept it short, but it was definitely good to get in the water. Didn't have the best feel for the water, but I did feel pretty strong despite lack of sleep. I guess my unplanne tapering is doing it's job :)
