Fun swim this morning. My 100 yard repeats were 25 easy, 25 build, 25 easy and then 25 hard. The last few were getting tough, but I really needed to work on my speed and it was really fun to swim hard. I'm not a fast guy so I kind of pretended that I was when I did my 25 build and 25 hard sections.

Drove out to the Aurora Res & parked at the horse track. Rode east on Quince and then turned north. Rode up to I70 and turned around. Even w/ hills and the headwind on the way back, I managed to average 19.9 mph, so I was pretty happy w/ that
The run after the bike was brutal. It had gotten pretty warm and there was no shade. Still, I just kept the legs turning over and managed a decent run. Once I got to the trail along the res, I realized that I had what looked like 100's of baby dragon flys travelling w/ me. It was like an escort - very cool.
