Ate a small dinner when I got home and quickly realized that I was nearly spent, so I bagged the swim and went to bed early to try and get some good sleep.

Just a short ride to get the blood flowing.

This swim pretty well kicked my ass. Towards the end, I was having difficulty keeping my pace below 2:00, so I definitely need to work on my endurance.
Planned on swimming this morning, but opted for an extra hour of sleep since I still wanted to get into work somewhat early. I'll get my swim in after work, and then do a short bike ride.

Rode from my house following the CC Trail to the CC mall and turning around there. Tried to keep my avg speed above 19.
Easy run alternating Z1 & Z2 every 5 minutes.
Planning a run over lunch and a bike ride when I get home.
