This week's goal. Do and log all of my workouts this week. It's a bit pathetic that this has to be a goal, but I'm terrible about logging my workouts and I simply missed far too many of them during the 1st build phase.

Went out for a longish ez run. Weather was perfect and I really felt pretty good. Legs are beginning to come around on the hills, but it's definitely still a weakness.
