Went out for a longish ez run. Weather was perfect and I really felt pretty good. Legs are beginning to come around on the hills, but it's definitely still a weakness.

This week's goal.  Do and log all of my workouts this week.  It's a bit pathetic that this has to be a goal, but I'm terrible about logging my workouts and I simply missed far too many of them during the 1st build phase.

HR was high on the run, but that's reflective of the pace and wind. Quads started twitching at the end but MUCH better than last week.
