Leaving for Ottawa this morning, then a 5k run easy in the afternoon to move the legs after 5 hours in the car. Carb loading and Sunday is the day :)

Off day to give the legs a break, trying to get ready for Sunday ;)

Morning run with the group, easy one before breakfast :)
Hill repeat set.
WU and CD with 2 * (6 * 30sec going up/1:30 easy walk down)
I mostly did them at marathon pace to make sure that I wouldn't destroy my legs for next week ;)
Easy ride close by the hotel before packing the car to get back home!
