Streched the ITBand a lot and did some foam rolling too, damn we are weird to keep hurting ourselves like that ;)

After that I went outside to work on my yard a bit and to clean the pool, I am still hoping that one day it will be warm enough to swim in it :)

Finally it looks like the rain won't be with us for today's race But the wind sure will be though, 20 mph gusting at 32mph ... Lets see how fun it will be.

Since I was not working today and the weather was really nice I went for a ride with my wife.

Plan was to go swimmy this morning, but I had a sushi and wine diner with friends yesterday night that finished pretty late so I just slept instead I am off today though, so I will look around if there's a pool open during the day or I will go out and ride. It will probably be a ride to be honest

We had some huge winds yesterday, here's the result. BTW this is a "Car Body Specialist" sign that fell on the car. Ok I am not too sure of the translation here ;) But it's a place where they fix cars after you crashed them.

My plan was to run an easy 5k but I just ran 3.5km finally, I felt the ITB pretty early during the run. I am not happy about it, I have my duathlon in three days and having ITB issues will just slow me down.

Foam rolling and some stretching for my ITB this morning instead of going out and run by this GORGEOUS (Gorgeous for me at least, sunny with no winds and 38F) morning I just hope that this freaking ITB will heal fast  
I went to my chyro yesterday and he gave me the permission to run but nothing more then 10k. I could have gone this morning but I was scared to hurt myself again and with the Duathlon Sunday I figured it was not a good time I will probably run a little bit Thursday morning to see how the legs feels.
