Quick run to test the ITband, I felt some minor pain while running. I will run again on Sunday and see .

Did 10/1/10 to give the ITB a break, I might try 5/1 splits instead on Sunday and see if it feels better that way.

Today is my wife's birthday so I won't train much and spend time with her instead :)

Rode to the doctor and back home, while I was there he made me the sweetest gift of all. He gave me the permission to restart running ... slowly ;)

Appointment with my doctor today, maybe he will let me restart running if I am a nice guy ;)

I am back :) Official times are not up yet but it was around 1:13:00
