Yeah you read right, 5h30AM!!! And the pool was full ... at some point I thought that Steve8 was playing a joke on me and that no one would be there ;)

First swim with the triathlon club this morning. I never kicked that much in an entire month ;)

I don't remember the last time I swam that much :p Since the coach is a good guy, we're swimming again tomorrow and Thrusday ... 
If I don't die after those 3 days I will definitly have a good swim on Saturday's triathlon :)

The quads seems to be back to normal, but my left calf is not happy with me. I can't believe how hard those hills are on the legs. ITBand feels good still, I will slowly increase my distances in the upcoming weeks and see how it reacts.

The plan was to go ride tonight, the weather is once again really nice.But my left calf is still not happy and I feel tired so I will just skip it.

From my house to the doc and back home.

I have an appointment tonight with my doctor to check the ITBand, which feels fine BTW, I will ride there and back home. An easy ride to keep the legs moving before Saturday's triathlon. 

I am thinking about getting myself a set of race wheels. Anyone has any experience with those?
