Sitting in Vegas at the Trump hotel watching the horizon, there is definitively hills around here  

Plan is calling for a bike ride, but I have no idea when I will get my bike back from the LBS. They told me that it should be all ready by 5pm, lets see if we want to get out and ride tonight instead of walking on the strip ... ;o)

I figured that it was not the best time to take a chance :)

Heading to the pool, then to the restaurant for breakfast with some friends. After that I will see if the chiro can see me. 

I have to pack, and at some point to run if I can find the time. How can this be an off day and I can not seem to find the time to do everything that I have to do ...

Getting on the plane tonight at 5h20, heading to Vegas :)

Plan was 5m WU, 8 * 8m/30 then 3m CD with the 8min run @ 4:20/4:30. I think it went pretty well, but I ran some faster than I was supposed to though :p
