I am back from Ottawa, the race was not like I planned. I can not say why exactly, but I had no legs at the start of the run. I was disappointed in my time for sure, but not much I can do to change it but train more :p

I saw one of my friend around the half point and decided to finish the half with him since I knew I wouldn't beat my PR anyway.

I am still debating which shoe I will wear for tomorrow's half mary ... I think I will pack three pair and decide when I wake up tomorrow :p

I am about to get out for a little run in the rain to get ready for tomorrow. I will run something like 25 minutes easy with some acceleration here and there to remind the legs that tomorrow will be a tough day

Than it's packing time and I am heading to Ottawa.

If the weather is with me tomorrow I am aiming to at least beat 1:39:04, I want to get under 1:39. If all the stars are with me, maybe under 1:38 ;) We will see tomorrow I guess.

My left knee hurt this morning, I am not too sure why but it happens when I do some fast intervals. I have to find the reason why because it is not that fun.

Plan was to ride after work, rain made me changed my mind :p Lets say I rode enough in the last week ;)
