Easy ride on the bike path to move the legs a bit. A bit windy heading out, but fun coming back home though. Fast with almost no effort :p

Started the run feeling almost out of gas already, I tried to hold on a 4:30 pace but the legs were just getting slower and slower after each kilometer.

Race day, I feel confident in my training.

This is a C race for me, but I will still give it all out there

My swim will be faster, last year I had a really bad swim and this year should be wetsuit legal. My bike should be the same, the fact that the triathlon is two months earlier sure doesn't help. I don't have the same number of km on the bike as usual but still I should be able to get the same kind of time. The only thing will be the weather, as of now it might rains which won't help on the bike.  I know that my run is faster than ever, I PRed my half mary by almost 5 minutes so there is no reason why I shouldn't improve my 10km split also. 

My feeling is that I should be able to get 5 minutes faster than last year time of 2:31:52

Now lets wait and see if I am good with prediction

Finally I was good with my OA time prediction, I finished with a 2:23:49 time, 51/117 overall and 11/20 in my age group. But I was pretty sure I would have a faster swim, which I did. Mostly the same bike, which I didn't I was way faster. And a faster run, which I failed to do also since I was 20 sec or so slower than last year. I can't be unhappy since I was more than 8 minutes faster than last year!
