Heading to the lake, swim then a bike ride and maybe a little run just to move the legs. 

I was supposed to run today, but it is too hilly in my mind to do some speed running around the lake, so I will do my intervals tomorrow instead. Just switching today's and tomorrow's plan ;) Talking of plan, I was not supposed to swim today, but I can't pass swimming in the lake for the first time of the year. So I will go easy and swim short to make sure I do not do anything stupid two weeks before my first triathlon of the season!

I am back from Ottawa, the race was not like I planned. I can not say why exactly, but I had no legs at the start of the run. I was disappointed in my time for sure, but not much I can do to change it but train more :p

I saw one of my friend around the half point and decided to finish the half with him since I knew I wouldn't beat my PR anyway.
