Not happy, yesterday's weird pain in my right hip region is still there today. This is not the time to get injured dammit! The real peak of the season is starting like now for the World's I gotta stay injury free. If the pain is still there tomorrow I will take it easy running wise for a couple of days. Gotta talk with the coach about that!

The plan was calling for 1h30, but I ran out of time so I decided to cut the cool down.
