Foam rolling and stretching
Not too sure about today, I have a lunch with a client so I won't be able to run. Anyway I ran for the last three days so a break might be a good idea. We will see how the day unfold, if anything I could take an off day ;)
During the last winter I gained like 5 pounds and I decided that today is the day where I start losing them again. I gotta be in running shape for my half mary in 6 weeks :)

Nice ride outside once again, with Steve. Always nice to ride with him, and it was so nice to finally have a chance to chit chat a little bit. Seems like we didn't see each other much in those winter months.
We met a friend of mine during the ride and he stayed with us for most of it.
After another winter I can definitely say that Steve is still able to kick my ass :p

Spin before work
Easy run during lunch with some friends from work. It was really slow until one of them decided to take a walk break. At that point we decided to push the pace a bit :)
