A run to test if I am back at 100%, the answer is definitely no. I ran too fast for the first 7k and after that I was toasted!
An easy ride with Steve, still a bit chilly out there.
Always nice to ride with Steve, even more when he is toasted. On those day I can follow him without too much problems :p

Oh well, yesterday was a day spent doing exactly nothing. I do feel a bit better today, but not enough to restart moving yet. I think that I will take it easy for another day and hope that my body will finally find a way to get ride of that damn cold.
I bet that sleeping 11 hours straight did help me feel better ;)

Yesterday's plan was to get out for a ride. But I have a cold since 3-4 days and yesterday I felt like I was so tired that I decided to just stay home and try to get better. Well, I did that but this morning I do not feel better at all =/ I hope that I will get better fast to enjoy the last three days of that long weekend
I finally spent the day at home, I figured that some rest would be a good idea to get that cold out of the way as fast as possible. Lets hope I was right ;)

Easy run with Francine, been a while since we took the time to talk a bit. I ran to her place, then we ran a bit together and I ran back home after.
