A run to test if I am back at 100%, the answer is definitely no. I ran too fast for the first 7k and after that I was toasted!
An easy ride with Steve, still a bit chilly out there.
Always nice to ride with Steve, even more when he is toasted. On those day I can follow him without too much problems :p
Two days in a row doing nothing, it sure doesn't happen often that I do that. But I was feeling soooo bad those last two days it was not even fun. I have hope that I will be able to go out for an easy run today just to restart moving a bit. I will wait and see how my body will feel today.

Oh well, yesterday was a day spent doing exactly nothing. I do feel a bit better today, but not enough to restart moving yet. I think that I will take it easy for another day and hope that my body will finally find a way to get ride of that damn cold.
I bet that sleeping 11 hours straight did help me feel better ;)
