Yesterday was an off day finally, my schedule was kinda crazy and I had too many thing to do. That and the fact that the pool is closed right now doesn't help me.

I will see how to day goes by, but I am really squeezed by life this week. My wife is not there much and she is really tired with the new dog that keep waking up every damn night :p And my daughter is kind in the middle of a crisis so I have a lot of shit to deal with hehe. I might have to skip some workout, even if this is not really my style usually and that it doesn't make me feel good to do it. Oh well, life is not always simple.

First ride with the new roadie, electronic shifters are a bless really :) The bike is stiff and feels great, but the geometry is a bit different than my Toccata on which I was riding for the last 4 years so I guess it will take me a couple of ride to get used to it. I have an appointment to get fit on it next Tuesday but I had to ride on it still :p

Some intervals after work, plan was calling for them at 205watts but I didn't have my power meter with me. So I did them all out, figuring that 295 watts would be tough anyway hehe

A bike ride after work should do the trick for today
