Easy easy ride to move a bit before tomorrow's race, followed by a brick run with some intervals at half mary pace.

Today will be an easy one, moving the legs a bit to get ready for tomorrow but that will be it.

Secret goal was to break 1:30, but I was not too sure that I had the training to do that. Well, looks like I had it finally ;)
Almost 10 min on last year's time, makes me happy :)
Nice surprise when I crossed the 10km mark, since I broke my 10k PB also :) New 10k PB is now 41:15!
Race day, lets see how the legs will feel today ;)
I am aiming for a sub 1:35 finish time, that would give me a 4min PB which I would be more than happy to take :)
