Another long ride in the book, from Lac Beauport to Val Cartier then back. A bunch of climbing once again :)
Plan was calling for a run after the bike, but I got a phone call while riding and I had to bail on the run to go fix some stuff =/

Ride with Steve, we did a 30 min race pace which was supposed to be Z3, but it was more like zone all out. Especially at the end when we decided to drop the other other :p

Warm up before the race
The 10k, not a bad race and my PR on the distance. Not my best time that I could have run though. The course was tough with a lot of climbing and I was far from being in a rest mode :p
The plan was to run the race and do another 60 minutes of running which I did with the warm up and the CD.
It was nice to do the run after with Pat, it sure helped a bit to motivate myself to go running. We took it easy though
