My guess is an off day today, I am leaving for Montreal in 30 minutes and I have a meeting all day then another one all night. Not much I can do I guess. If I can I will try to squeeze a swim in between both at the hotel.

The 10k, not a bad race and my PR on the distance. Not my best time that I could have run though. The course was tough with a lot of climbing and I was far from being in a rest mode :p

The plan was to run the race and do another 60 minutes of running which I did with the warm up and the CD.

It was nice to do the run after with Pat, it sure helped a bit to motivate myself to go running. We took it easy though

I have a 10k this morning for fun with the office, and I also have an other hour of running to do which should not be that easy. It will all depends how fast I will go for that 10k I guess :p
