Brick run, really happy with that. I did one lap around the lake. Plan was calling for some progressive speed but that loop is so hilly that I decided to just do what I can. I finished that with a nice PR for the loop around the lake. I will take that after a 95km bike ride in the hills ;)

Heading to the lake for a swim, bike, run day in the rain and wind ... oh well at least we like that sport ;)

Yesterday was an off day finally, my schedule was kinda crazy and I had too many thing to do. That and the fact that the pool is closed right now doesn't help me.

I will see how to day goes by, but I am really squeezed by life this week. My wife is not there much and she is really tired with the new dog that keep waking up every damn night :p And my daughter is kind in the middle of a crisis so I have a lot of shit to deal with hehe. I might have to skip some workout, even if this is not really my style usually and that it doesn't make me feel good to do it. Oh well, life is not always simple.
