Easy run with my daughter in the morning, she had 3 * 2/1 to do and I went with her.

Hitting the road today, we have a busy schedule. Driving to Mont-Tremblant, then driving the bike course. After that a ride on the run course and an easy swim to finish the day. After that it's pasta and sleep :p
