I decided to skip the 6th interval because I was feeling some minor pain on my left Achilles. I will stretch a lot in the upcoming days I guess ;)

A run this morning, early before it is too hot. Then it will be an easy day. Maybe a ride with my wife in the afternoon, or a "sitting on the deck with a cold one" ;)

Really disappointed in my race, after 7 I knew I would not make a time that would make me happy so I just decided to slow down and finish it easy.

I won't look to find any excuses, I was just not at 100% I guess.

I am racing a 10k tonight, mostly for fun but I am planning to do whatever it takes to finally go sub 40 ;)
