Easy run after the ride, 10 * 5m with 1m walking break. It went really well and I can say that the hip behave. I felt no pain during the run and it feel fine now also which is a good sign. I will ice it just to make sure and spend some quality time on the foam roller again :p

I'll go for another ride followed by a run. Lets hope that the hip will cooperate ;)

A swim this morning and a ride at some point during the day.

It looks like the hip injury from last year is back. I started feeling it yesterday while running my intervals on the track and felt the pain for the rest of the day. It is better this morning but still not perfect. Not too sure what I will do with that ...

I had a 30 min run planned after today's bike but I decided to skip it to let the hip rest a bit and hope. ;)
