Easy ride before the run
Brick run, I ran at the speed that I was feeling good.
Plan changed a bit, I finally have a shorter run today. I ain't gonna complain about that since my legs are still tired from my 36km :p
Looking at the calendar, that green square on the 19th is coming fast :p

Easy ride with Francine
I had a ride followed by a brick run on the plan for today, but since I am on vacation I decided to switch it with tomorrow's plan. I ran 36km Friday and rode long yesterday and my legs are tired today.
So for today I will go for an easy ride and that will be it ;)
