My relay, went pretty well but my legs were tired from last week IM ... go figure :p

I crashed while going back in the transition zone though. Nothing too severe but still a nice crash and some stuff broken on my bike =(

I got back up, ran like mad and we finished 1st in our category ;)

I have a race today, a sprint, I am the biker of a relay team. Lets see how my legs will feel for a 20k on the bike ;)

Wednesday - August 22

Legs start to feel a little bit better, but I can still feel that I did something long not that far ago :p

I need to talk with my coach to see what she suggest as far as break. My guess is at least 3 weeks but we will see.

Monday - August 20

Back from Tremblant, 11:38:42 is the official time :) I am really happy with that time. It was a tough day and I am really happy that I made it through :)

And then the marathon, can you say tough? When I ran my mary I found that it was damn hard. Now after a swim and a bike ride I can tell you that it was really tough :p

I was aiming for 3h45 so I am a bit disappointed but I wanted to be sub 12 for my first Ironman and I was, so I can't really complain :)

Easy ride with Jacques to make sure the bike is still working ;)

Tremblant is awesome :) Yesterday night they had band playing then a fireworks. That place is incredible, too bad that we are a bunch of people who go to sleep at 9 :p

Today I will ride the bike a little bit to make sure everything is in working order, then an easy swim to complete the day. I also have to finish packing my transition bags and drop them with my bike at some point. It's getting real now ;)
