Another slow easy run. Testing out the knee again. Both knees felt fine but did feel a little stiff and sore after going up the stairs. Think it might all be in my head but I'm icing both of them just to be safe. Off to Charleston today for work should be an interesting week.

Flying through the Silver Strand today. Eating up the 77 degree weather. Pushed it hard without a knee brace so I think things are improving! Fingers crossed.

Took a chance on the knee today and ran a couple miles easy. So far the knee feels great. Actually had a few problems with my other knee on the run (go figure). But the right knee that swelled up is fine so far. I guess we'll see later today or tomorrow if it stays normal. Probably should ice both knees to be safe. Also think wearing a knee brace helped so I'll stick with it until I think I'm strong again.

Nice easy ride with Liz today on the Silver Strand. Beautiful day outside. Wore the knee brace and haven't had any issues. I'm thinking either tomorrow or Sunday I'll try a small run to see how it handles it.

Swelling down and pain is gone.  I rode the bicycle real easy just to see if there was any pain and I felt fine although I definitely didn't push it.  Did some leg lifts too with no problems.  Thinking a bike ride tomorrow on a nice flat course at a slow pace and if all goes well cross my fingers and do a slow 4 mile run on Saturday.  Not the best of options but you can't plan for these things.
