Okay run. Harlem hill kicked my ass more this week than last week. HR was very, very high today. I don't know how I sustained 1:55 min at LT.

God I love getting up at 4 am to ride...NOT! At least I got it done. This was a planned Z1-2 ride, so mission accomplished.
I saw my kids while running on their campus. I love it when that happens. Just an okay run. I felt like I was working harder than I should today. Maybe I am just tired from lack of sleep. I have a long run tomorrow. I hope I feel stronger for that.

Spinervals 5.0 Mental toughness. Good early morning effort. It's nice to have a solid workout on the books before 7 am on Monday. I got my HR into Z3 for a good part. Good start for my last 2 weeks of build.
Little drizzling. Happy to have all workouts done before 1pm. I wish this run was a little faster. Since recovering from the injury, I am not having lots of 9:** miles.

Spinervals 26.0 (first 3 hours-come and get me coach Troy). I just had to HTFU and get this done. I had to give mock boards this morning, so I couldn't start workouts until the afternoon. This was the bike from yesterday since I spent it shopping with my girls. We had an awesome time, so it was worth it.
