Nice easy run today.
I liked it. It was in the heat and it is nice to get some sun.
I am trying to slow it down a bit but it seems hard.
Just got back from the docs'
No running or biking tommorow and now swimming until Monday.
Nothing serious, just getting something done that I put off for awhile.
So tommorow is a rest day unfortunatly.

Kind of just coasted through the first half of the run then the legs started to feel better and another runner came on the horizon, so just had to pass him. After that I just coasted in. I got my stretch in and my legs feel better.
Just a 5 k today.
I am starting a new plan that calls for only that plus a short swim of 300 M.

Working Graveyards. Just trying to get enough sleep to heal. Will try and go for a light jog tonight around 8ish.
Slept too long. Have to get ready for work no run.
Maybe in the am.
Oh well. Just rest I guess!
