Just got back from the ride today. Trying to get my bottom used to biking. The aero position is getting a bit easier but I think the bike is stretching me out too far so I am in the middle of my forearm on my bars and it seems to work fine. The wind is another story. It was crazy. I pedaled about 25 kph to my turnaround point and averaged around 35 on the way back. NUTS. But, I must say the bike sure does like to go. Also, I almost got hit by a Semi today. All my fault. I was trying to go around a parked car and did not sholder check. STUPID STUPID STUPID. I had to check my shorts after that one. They sure are big when your on your bike. ON a plus note, I do feel better today. Hopefully I will get a good swim/run in tommorow. Off to work now..

Nice easy run today.
I liked it. It was in the heat and it is nice to get some sun.
I am trying to slow it down a bit but it seems hard.

Just got back from the docs' No running or biking tommorow and now swimming until Monday. Nothing serious, just getting something done that I put off for awhile. So tommorow is a rest day unfortunatly.

First time really on the bike.
It was interesting. My toes went numb when I got back in.
I was trying the aero position but found it dificult. But my max speed was at 40.5 KPH.

Kind of just coasted through the first half of the run then the legs started to feel better and another runner came on the horizon, so just had to pass him. After that I just coasted in. I got my stretch in and my legs feel better.

Just a 5 k today. I am starting a new plan that calls for only that plus a short swim of 300 M.

Working Graveyards. Just trying to get enough sleep to heal. Will try and go for a light jog tonight around 8ish. Slept too long. Have to get ready for work no run. Maybe in the am. Oh well. Just rest I guess!
