BRICK DAY! SO, got the shoes and socks and new shirt ready to go by the door. Thought about only doing a hill run today. Never heard from my running partners so, thought I would head out to beat the rain on the bike. Well felt tired and decided that if I was getting tired on the flats, I should do a hill so did the chilliwack mtn ride. Well, started by taking off my shoes and riding on them within 100 meters of the door. Got in the door. Started stop watch, had trouble changing out of my biking shirt and into running shirt. this will not be a problem when wearing the full suit. I had the shorts on for the bike so they work well. Took 1:51 to change and get out the door. Probably take around the same time at the zone in the tri. The run felt fine. I kind of liked it. Well I was challenged today to sign up for another tri...Hmmmmm. Have to see. Its a ocean swim and will need a wet suit....time to contact trigeeks to see how much it is to rent. Just got off the phone. Its going to cost 50 bucks to rent. 325 to buy.

Just got some new tires for the bike. Michelins, Nice look in on the bike. Can't wait to ride them. Also, ordered new base bars and brake levers for it. It is going to be one sweet ride! I got a swim in tonight. I felt like crap. Must have been because I was chasing my daughter everywhere today. Oh well. I signed her up for Kinderdance and Swimming lessons this summer. Should be fun.

Good Ride today

Got up after 9 hours of good sleep. Took off around 9 am for a nice sunny ride. YEEAHHH BABY! I was starting out thinking I would do 30k at around 25-28 k max well after about 2 k in I looked down and I was doing 32 and not feeling anything so I dropped it to 30 but that lasted for the entire ride sometimes lower, mostley however around 32 k I was pleasently suprised at my bike ride today. I was going slow on purpose.

This month is not starting out good at all. I had to get up early with my daughter today. Oh well. Next have to try and get out on the bike. This month's challenge is all three so have to figure out how much I have to do this month. Thought I was going to go for my LSD today so started out really slow and was going to do 12k. Well halfway through I ran out energy. I would have dnf'd if I was in a race no energy at all. I guess all that work/late nights early mornings caught up with me. Ahhhh, guess I will have to pull a swim tonight and get some more food. Later Skaters.

Happy Canada too me. I get to work. Can't beat it. Well nothing happening Moved some rocks in the front and thats about it. Most likely will get out for something tommorow. Tired tired tired.

Today got up early and went back to sleep. I had to come home from work yesterday since my daughter decided it would be nice to colour her inside of her nose with a crayon....you can see where I am going with this. Well in the hospital at 17:30 out at 21:15. Not much of a wait at all. Anyway, I was going to get up at 06:00 to go swimming but got up at 06:30 instead. Oh well, got in a good swim. Today I wanted to see how 500 felt. Maybe next week I will see how 800 feels and so on and so forth until I get up to around 1200-1300 before July 24th comes around. I will see if time allows me to get in a bike ride today. I Did it I got out for my ride. I am always thinking about those damn shifters. Not sure what I am going to do about them. Later Skaters.
