Tired today.
Just going to do some core work and thats about it.
Swim and bike tommorow.

Long distance.
Give or take .5 k.
Went for the first run with the run club.
My tri partner is the fastest there. I could not keep up with them today
I tried my best but they were fast. I did not even want to go that fast today.
It was nuts.
Glad I did it thoug but I think I might be sore tommorow!

Got a hair cut today.
Will be taking a rest day for today.
March 31
Bike ride in the rain.
Well, I just finished my goal for the month off.
I beat my run k with bike k.
This was a forced ride for me. I had to go.
It was my first ride since sunday.
Nice, only one guy came a bit close but not enough to worry about.
I pushed the big ring 3 times hard. Just for about a k each. My legs started burning and I just kept pushing until I got my k in.
I had a great ride.
Now off to work!

Swimming partner was a no show, so had to do the same workout as last time.
Felt tired. Not sure why, maybe its getting up so damn early every day?
Well it was pouring rain all morning, hopefully it brightens up a bit so that I could get a bit of a bike ride in, although I think my friend wants to run the widow maker!
What will the day bring????
Ran the widow maker, tried to get my friend to run the whole thing, did not happen. He walked here and there, but he did get out and made it further than ever. Good for him, but probably good for me as well.
March 29
Base run
Was going to go for a bike ride around 3ish, then I was reminded about a union meeting. Damn waste of time, but I did get a floor pump @ canadian tire for 60% off. Yeah.
Going for a run tonight I guess.
I was running today with the club, my tri partner is a bit sore, she has a bit of a strain, poor girl.
She still wants to have a life, I tried to tell her you cant when your a triathlete. She did not buy it at all! She may not be there on Saturday to run with me. BUt I sure hope she is.
Running around 2 - 21/2 hours. Good run today.
