Got my first swim in since last month sometime. Just a quick one to get the blood flowing again. Felt pretty good. Nice and even the whole way. I have to work up to 2000m straight in 3 weeks, possible? I think so.

Ride on the rollers.

Got a new pair of cycle shorts and some rollers today. See how my cycling goes up now! New Adidas Supernova Cushioning and New Adidas response running short! Holy crap, that is good exercise. Those rollers sure make you concentrate and they do not let you coast at all. your pedaling the whole time until you fall off of the side. I take my water at that time. My legs are nice and wired. I pushed it to 43.8k on the rollers. I was excited to see that on my computer! It was 2 sprints I did on them then cooled down for 5 mins. It was a good start. Yippee.

Nice recovery run

Ran with the running club tonight. My left achilles tendon is tingling and my knee is in pain right in front of the knee cap? But the run was good. It felt nice to be out there again. I have to start up with the swimming tommorow in the morning. Maybe head to cutlus to swim soon. I have to find somebody to go open water swimming with :( Nice stretches afterward. Nice running with some good people. Hope everybody is having a good week.. Dan

Just went out for 13k.

COuld not get to the pool last night. I passed out on the couch around 8ish and was off and on. I guess I was tired. Still drinking lots. Will see what today brings. Did some riding for time in the saddle. Just got the legs used to it. I had the bike running nice. Did some one legged drills and rode with my new tri partner. Will put some pics up of the 2 of us later. Added some pics of the Marathon.

Feeling a bit tired this morning. Sore legs and the like. Got a blister on my big toe. Might do some yoga or swim tonight. See how I feel. Just want to thank everyone for their inspires over this last week. Thanks. Dan
