Here I go again...
May 25
Well, I should not blame the rollers. It was all me.
Anyway, hand is not broke, just a bit sore and bruised whereit made contact with the corner of the door way.
Oh well. Live and learn. This is probably helping me heal up.
Went to a meeting tonight @ 1900 Got home @ 1600 left @ 1745. So no working out for me.
Also, I have been reading my book. I have realized that I have been training haphazardly and not training toward a goal This race was a mistake for me as I do not believe I was ready for a 1/2 IM Distance Race. I will be doing this race. I also will be establishing a plan for the rest of the year and trying to salvage whats left of it. Next year I will have a goal orientated work out.
I also will be trying to participate in more smaller events and trying to actually improve my times instead of my fitness(the latter will come with the first:) )

Its my wedding anniversary. I guess I am not supposed to do anything?
Hmmmmm? What sport did we call that :O
Oh, Achillies still acting wierd and Knee acting up again.
Damn injuries.
Will just try and rest up and do some swimming and light biking.
Not sure about the runs. Maybe a couple of slow 10ks?
Damn, 2 weeks and this happens.
Pissing me off.
Going to the 1/2 IM now just hoping to finish. I was looking for around 5:30.
Scrap that, finish then if it is going good maybe 6 hours.
My training sucks. Need to just train for myself and quit waiting for people. No more mr nice dan.

Not bad considering the hills.
Well, I got home from work just before 330.
Had some yogurt and made my gatorade. Got the bike ready for a nice ride. Hill ride that is. Got out the door and took off to do 3 loops of my hill loop. It started out ok I was doing a good clip of 30-32 k the whole way to the first hill then, I got to the hill and headed up, not in the last gear but second to last gear. It has been a while since I did any hills so I thought it would be a good Idea to get them in a couple of weeks before the big tri. First loop up was good and came down hitting 76.1k. Nice downhill :) then, I started for my second loop, while I was on industrial, I see 3 bikers turn up old orchard road, the loop road, and I pushed the bike to 36k to catch up, it was 2 woman and a guy all in a yellow and blue jersy and pants so(Jen any Ideas on what team that is) I said hi and was glad to see them but was working on power so I took off, I think that might have irked the guy since he passed me hard and I never seen him the rest of the way(his name is mike)(I wanna be like mike:) )
I continued on and never seen any of them again. Did I mention that I have this nagging cough that just won't go away? Well it is sure getting on my nerves. So I started again for another loop getting up to 75.5 this time downhill. On the third loop I decided to go up the steep incline called shrewberry. This hill killed me I was going up and up and up slowly, my calves were yelling damn you man! 3/4 of the way up it started pissing down rain and for the first time, I liked it. I finally got to the top of the mountain and turned around. Put on the arm warmers(love these things) and headed down the mountain at a reasonable speed-55-60k, you know that it was raining so I reeled it in a bit :). I loved this ride.
Now I was going to go for a brick but the wife went shopping as soon as I got home :(
Well, enough of that story.
Later skaters!
May 20
Showers are down at work.
Damn b-s.

So no ride outside. So it looks like I am going to be on the rollers tonight.

Will be putting on a small tri for workups on the 27th.
